AIKEN - Mr. Wallace Birt, 77, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018.A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Shellhouse Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. Born in Aiken, Mr. Birt was a son of the late Elix and Hattie Mae Austin Birt. He worked in farming for most of his life. Mr. Birt is survived by his sister, Leola Lloyd; brother, Ellis Birt; a niece, Hattie Lloyd; nephews, Albert Lloyd and Alvin Lloyd. SHELLHOUSE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 924 HAYNE AVE., AIKEN, SC 29801.
