Vivia Imogene Graham

Vivia Imogene Stanley Graham, of Windsor, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Stanley and Wahneta Yoakum Stanley; her beloved companion, John “Bill” McFadden; her son, Bobby Graham; her grandson, Gary Lee Graham Jr.; her brothers, John Dale, Rowen, Donavan, and Vernon Stanley; and her sisters, Louenna “Tootsie” Pendleton, Louetta “Booger” Rakes, Audrey Stanley, Rondalene “Pug” Forney, and Donnis “Wolf” Ann Stanley.

Vivia was raised in Meadows of Dan, Virginia, where she grew up on a farm and learned early in life the values of hard work, family, and resilience. She attended Meadows of Dan School, a one-room schoolhouse. She dedicated 38 years of service to Owens Corning, where she worked as a Quality Inspector before retiring.

Affectionately known as “Granny Graham,” Vivia had a love for antique shops and all things beautiful. She enjoyed traveling and embraced every adventure—from campgrounds and beaches to the mountains she called home, and even a memorable journey to Alaska in her motorhome. She truly loved it all.

To know Vivia was to know a kind and beautiful soul. She had a deep love for laughter, and her joyful spirit and unforgettable laugh will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her children: Gary (Edie) Graham, Glenda Silas, and Ronnie (Gaye) Graham; her daughter-in-law, Sheila Graham; and her sister, Drema (John) Byrd of Pawleys Island, South Carolina. She also leaves behind twelve grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Ronnie and Gaye for their loving care of “Mama” in her later years. They also wish to thank Pam Herron and the compassionate nurses of Pruitt Hospice - Deanna Baughman, Andrea and Chris Bruner, and Tiffany Washington - for their dedicated support.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, Levels Baptist Church, 2456 Levels Church Road, Aiken, SC 29801.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Shellhouse Funeral Home, 924 Hayne Avenue, Aiken, SC 29801. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery.
