Travis Brian Tullis

BEECH ISLAND, SC – TRAVIS BRIAN TULLIS, 38, died Monday, April 10, 2017 at Augusta University Medical Center.      A native of Aiken, Travis was a son of Rose Wood Tullis.  He lived most of his life in Aiken County.  He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Iraq.  Travis was an industrial mechanic at Halocarbon Products.  He was a big fan of Carolina Gamecocks sports, the Atlanta Falcons and formerly coached girls softball in Belvedere.      Survivors include his wife, Amanda Coleman Tullis; his mother, Rose Tullis, Aiken; three children, Jade Tullis, Malory Grosshans, Tyler McGowan; a sister, Jennifer Tullis; a brother, Felix Vinson and Baxter Vinson who raised him and he considered his dad.      The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon, April 15th beginning at 2 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow at 3 o’clock with The Rev.
