Tammy Denise Yonce, born on May 4, 1968, in Augusta, GA, passed away peacefully at her home in Monetta, SC, on July 15, 2026 at the age of 58. Her presence brought warmth and laughter to all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by those whose lives she touched.
She is lovingly remembered by the love of her life, Donna Brown; her father and step-mother, Grady and Beth Yonce; her sister, Kerrie Villagran; her brother, Tony Yonce; her nephew, Brantley Villagran; her niece, Hartley Villagran; and a number of additional nieces and nephews.
Tammy spent her childhood in New Ellenton and graduated from Silver Bluff High School. She worked as an in-home caretaker, providing comfort and support to those in need with a gentle spirit and open heart.
Those close to Tammy will remember her as someone who always had a smile on her face and could brighten even the darkest days with her great sense of humor. She took joy in making people laugh and sharing her light generously. An avid lover of cats, Tammy found happiness in their companionship. Her sense of curiosity and love for adventure led her to travel whenever possible, exploring new places and creating special memories. Most importantly, she deeply valued her friendships, nurturing bonds that stood the test of time.
Tammy’s legacy lives on in the laughter she shared, the comfort she provided, and the enduring love she bestowed upon her family and friends. As we say goodbye, we honor her life—a life marked by kindness, joy, and unconditional affection.
