Steven Clarence Boulware

AIKEN, SC – STEVEN CLARENCE BOULWARE, 72, husband of the late Donoza Jones “Doni” Boulware, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Carolina’s Medical Center, Charlotte, NC.

A native of Winnsboro, SC, Steven was a son of the late Wallace and Lois Black Boulware.  He attended Spartanburg Junior College and had lived in Aiken since 1973.  He retired from the Savannah River Site.  He formerly coached Pee Wee Football.

Survivors include two sons, Josh Boulware (Jennifer), Seattle, WA, Jason Boulware (Mary Alice), Charlotte, NC; five grandchildren, Jay, Sam, Kate, Camryn and Matt; a sister, Suzette Boyd (Cyrus), Winnsboro; two brothers, Wallace Boulware (Carol), Winnsboro, Tim Boulware, Winnsboro.  In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jared Boulware.

A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, June 19th at 2 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home with The Rev. Danny Wilson officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service.
