Stephanie Harris

Ms. Stephanie Kathleen Harris, 73, of Aiken, SC, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025. Stephanie was born in Kansas City, MO, on November 4, 1951, the eldest daughter of Charles H. and Ruby Fern Harris. She resided for many years in Denver, CO, and Independence, MO, before moving to Aiken in 2020. Stephanie graduated from Park University in Parkville, MO. She was a senior buyer for Western Auto for many years and subsequently worked as an advertising executive for the Russell-Stover Company. In recent years she was a caregiver for her parents.

She is survived by her parents Charles and Fern Harris of Aiken, her sisters Susan (Raymond) Wood of Casa Grande, AZ, and Sheryl (Andrew) Grainger of Aiken, two nieces Amy S. Wood of Olathe, KS and Jessica S. Grainger of Arlington, VA, two nephews Steven R. Wood of Excelsior Springs, MO and David H. Grainger of Greenville, SC, a grand-niece Kaitlyn Wood, and a grand-nephew Landon Grainger.

At her request there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the General Scholarship Fund, Park University, 8700 NW River Park Drive, Parkville, MO 64152.
