Robert Anthony "Tony" Cushman

NEW ELLENTON, SC – ROBERT ANTHONY “TONY” CUSHMAN, 62, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Windermere Health and Rehabilitation Center, Augusta, GA.

A native of Aiken County, Tony was a son of the late Charles LeRoy Cushman and Barbara Goss Cushman.  He grew up in Aiken County and was a painter and electrician.  Tony loved to camp and fish and he enjoyed building furniture.  He was a member of Chime Bell Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Cushman (Lacey), Springfield, SC, Chris Cushman (Ashley), Wagener, SC; six grandchildren, Jacob, Makayla, Alexandier, Abaddon, Rebekah and Savannah; four siblings, Neil Cushman (Pam), New Ellenton, Donnie Cushman (Carol), Aiken, Sherry Lynn Randazzo (Joe), Aiken, Tina Grant, Windsor, SC and a bevy of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday afternoon, October 29^th at 2 o’clock in Chime Bell Church Cemetery.  The Rev. Darryl Thompson will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org).
