Phillip Buford Noel

WINDSOR, SC – Mr. Phillip Buford Noel, 86, beloved husband of Jo Ann Green Noel, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023.

Born in Raven, VA, Mr. Noel was the son of the late Joseph Elijah and Artie Lake Dye Noel.

He is survived by his loving wife Jo Ann Green Noel; daughter, Teresa Noel, Aiken; stepdaughters, Jenniffier Adams, Shara Morgan both of Windsor; stepson, Alan Adams, Covington, GA; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-grand on the way. Also surviving is his brother, Paul (Ruth) Noel, Palm Bay, FL; sister-in-law's, Helen Green McGaha, Audrey Noel and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Noel was preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond (Myrtle) Noel, Adolphus (Gladys) Noel, Ralph Noel and a sister, Mary (Bob) Boyd.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 1:00 at Mount Beulah Baptist Church. The funeral will follow at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Dr. David F. Richardson officiating. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be the Windsor Volunteer Fire Department.
