PAULINE EVA HOPKINS BURCH, 99, widow of Paul R. Burch, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023, in her home.
Born in Buffalo Ridge, VA, Pauline was a daughter of the late Samuel Greene Hopkins and Bessie Alma Rohr Hopkins. She grew up in Eden, NC and moved to Aiken in 1954. She retired from Life of Georgia as an administrative assistant. She was a loyal member of Millbrook Baptist Church and was a former member of the choir.
Survivors include two sons, Bobby Burch, Larry Burch (Judy), all of Aiken; five grandchildren, Michelle Dixon, Allison Burch, Paula Robin Graffam, Paul Robert “Trey” Burch III, Celeste Richardson; six great-grandchildren, Jessica Fara, Rachel Bolz, Sam Richardson, Alex Richardson, Maddux Graffam, Skylar Graffam; two great-great-grandchildren; three sisters. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Millbrook Baptist Church.
