Patricia Gaul

Aiken, SC

Patricia Gaul, aged 87, peacefully entered her heavenly home early Monday morning, surrounded by love in her son’s home. She was joyfully welcomed by her beloved husband, Dave “Pappa”, after a long illness.

A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Patricia was the cherished daughter of the late Alfred Thomas and Regina Roberts Berry. Her dedication and service extended to her role as a cook in the cafeteria of the Perkiomen Valley School District, from which she retired. In January, she relocated to Windsor, South Carolina, to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law.

Patricia leaves behind a loving family, including her son Keith Gaul and his wife Michele of Windsor, SC, and her son David Gaul of Palm, PA. She took great pride in her grandchildren: Justin Messner, Joeleen Jeffery, David Gaul, Joey Gaul and Danielle Gaul, as well as her six great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Mark Gaul.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday afternoon, June 11th at 1 o’clock at St. Gerard Catholic Church with The Rev. Emmanuel O. Andinam as Celebrant. Farewell prayers and commendations will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Gerard Catholic Church, 640 Edrie St.,NE, Aiken, SC 29801.
