Nathan Elmore Young passed away on October 22, 2026, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. He was born on May 24, 1947, in Aiken County, South Carolina.

A visitation will be held Thursday, October 29, 2026, beginning at 1 o'clock at Talatha Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 2 o'clock at the church with The Rev. Jordan Bird officiating.
