Myron C Jenkins

AIKEN, SC - Mr. Myron C Jenkins, 88, passed away on Wednesday, May 6. 2026.

Born in Niagara Falls, NY, Myron was the son of the late Florence Fairclough and Myron Z Jenkins. He was a graduate of the University of Buffalo, NY. Myron was a career federal employee working in quality assurance. His activities included playing tennis, sailing, bowling, working on cars, and reading. He was also a member of First Presbyterian Church of Aiken.

He is survived by his daughter, Brenda, and son-in-law, Jimmy Guerry, Aiken, SC; son, Steven Jenkins, Columbia, SC; two grandchildren, Amelia and Andrew Guerry and a sister, Louise Smith of Memphis, TN.

In addition to his parents, Myron was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Joyce Marie Jenkins and a sister, Marjorie Jenkins.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at First Presbyterian Church, 224 Barnwell Ave. NW, Aiken, SC 29801. The family will receive friends following the service. A private inurnment will be held in the church columbarium.
