Mike passed away suddenly on June 22, 2026 in Atlanta, GA. He was born January 30, 1958, in Philadelphia, PA and was the son of the late George M. and Constance M. Lenio. Mike graduated Cum Laude from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a degree in Environmental Engineering. He worked for Asco Valve, which merged into Emerson Electric for 39 years. He was a Quality Assurance Director of the Americas when he retired in 2020.

Mike is survived by his devoted wife, Nancy Moyer Lenio. She was by his side for 43 years. Mike is also survived by his two sons, Michael Weston Lenio and Evan George Lenio (daughter in law, Emily Velie Lenio). Also surviving Mike are his three grandsons, Brandon Velie, Masyn George Lenio, and Myles Velie Lenio. He is also survived by his sister, Susan E. Hartman of Horsham, PA. Mike is preceded in death by his sister, Sherill C. Hartman.

The family will receive friends Friday afternoon, July 24th beginning at 3 o’clock at Millbrook Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 4 o’clock with The Rev. Bill Howard III officiating.
