Michael Ray Garcia

BEECH ISLAND, SC - MICHAEL RAY GARCIA, 53, passed away peacefully, Tuesday morning, January 28, 2025 in his home.

Born in San Antonio, TX, Michael was a son of Marlene Paris Neibarger and the late Jose Garcia. He lived most of his life in Augusta and worked for TTX Railroad before being medically retired. He loved riding his motorcycle and was a member of Freedom Bikers Church in New Ellenton.

Surviving is his mother and step-father, Marlene and James Neibarger, Beech Island; two brothers, Joseph Garcia (Katie), Aiken, Eric Garcia, Augusta; his sister, Krystal Garcia (Karl), North Augusta; his nieces and nephews, Tylar Garcia, Austin Garcia, Alexis Garcia, Kansas Ladomirak, Bridget Garcia, Kayla Holmes; step-brother, Timothy Neibarger, Augusta; step-sisters, Tracy Neibarger Foley (Kelly), Augusta, Nicole Neibarger Rooks (Philip), Kingsport, TN.

A service celebrating Michael’s life will be held Sunday afternoon at 1 o’clock at Freedom Biker Church, 300 Old Whiskey Rd., New Ellenton, SC 29809.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the church.
