August 5, 1964 — April 14, 2023

POWDER SPRINGS, GA - KIMBERLY ANN TRAPUZZANO, 58, beloved wife of Joel D. Brumelow, passed away Friday, April 14, 2023 in Wellstar Paulding Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Kim was a daughter of Diane Kunca Halupa and the late Terence Wayne Halupa.  She moved to Aiken in 1991 and owned several businesses, including The Fancy Flea and Brusters Ice Cream.  She was a mother not only to her children but to all their friends as well.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, Joel, include her daughters, Haley Trapuzzano (Stephen Ulmer), Aiken, SC, Baylie Fisher (Thomas), Dahlonega, GA; sons, T. J. Trapuzzano, Knoxville, TN, Zach Trapuzzano (Cristi), Charlotte, NC, Hunter Brumelow, Smyrna, GA; granddaughter, Caroline Fisher; brother, Terry Halupa (Rebecca), Aiken; niece, Sydney Halupa and her loyal Labrador, Riley.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Halupa.

The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon, April 22nd beginning at 2 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow at 3 o’clock with The Rev. Troy Murphy officiating.
