KAY OSTEEN, 71, beloved wife of Richard Eugene “Gene” Osteen, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
A native of Aiken, Kay was the daughter of the late Brantley Louis and Eillene Williams Hancock. She was a homemaker.
