Katherine Diane Lamer

Katherine Diane Lamer, 58, beloved wife of Wayne D. Lamer, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023 in Aiken Regional Medical Centers.

Born in Plattsburg, NY, Katherine was a daughter of the late Cecil Raborn and Helen Forester Hickey.  She was an administrative assistant in the Aiken office of SCDHHS.  She was an active member of Living Hope Fellowship Church.

Survivors, in addition to her husband of 20 years, Wayne, include two daughters, Carrie McBryar, Rossville, GA, Julia Lewis (Michael), Rowesville, SC; son, Steven Jacob Lamer, Marrietta, GA; four grandchildren, Arianna Hudnall, Jaxon Lamer, Mikel Lewis, Amara Lewis; sister, Janet Clayton (David), Rossville, GA; two brothers, Mark Raborn, Waterloo, IL, Tracy Raborn (Wendy), Aiken.

A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, September 9th at 2 o'clock at Living Hope Fellowship.
