Katherine "Katie" Emily Kirkpatrick

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Katie Kirkpatrick, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Katie was born in Charleston, SC, on July 4, 1993, and passed away unexpectedly on July 12, 2026, at the age of 33.

Katie is survived by her father Brian Kirkpatrick (Mary Spencer) of Aiken, SC, her mother Marianne Green (Dan) of Cape Coral, Florida, brother Collin Kirkpatrick (Jennifer) of Aiken, SC, brother Tyler Kirkpatrick (Sabrina) of Fort Myers, Florida, and two nieces she adored, Kelsey and Zoey Kirkpatrick of Aiken, SC.

Katie was an avid fantasy football player and loved to play golf. She loved all sports, especially football and baseball. She enjoyed talking about sports, trivia, and history with family and friends. Katie loved music, and she played the piano beautifully. She went to many concerts and loved to share the story of being at the Elton John and Billy Joel concert.

Those who knew Katie will remember her beautiful smiles, her wonderful laugh, her loving nature, and her love of animals, especially her dog Gracie. The world will be a little dimmer without Katie.

There will be a celebration of life at Tailgate Tavern, Aiken, SC, on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
