Kashy Elizabeth Flores

AIKEN – Mrs. Kashy Elizabeth Green Senterfeit Flores, 65, died Tuesday, July 18, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 20, 2017 in the Shellhouse Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. John Stapleton officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Inurnment will take place in the St. Johns United Methodist Church Columbarium. Kashy was born in Rock Hill, SC, a daughter of the late Curtis Henry Green and Betty Elizabeth Starnes Green, York, SC. She had been a resident of Aiken for 31 years, and was a member of Central Baptist Church. She was a Mexican translator, had a special love for Mexican people, and enjoyed playing the piano. She was also a substitute teacher at St. John’s United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandchildren, Deanna Montine Hermenegildo, Aiken, Kriston Nicole Senterfeit, Gaffney, SC; sister, Marie Green (Chris) Sarratt, Myrtle Beach, SC; brothers, Timothy Eugene (Peggy) Green, Rock Hill, SC, Curtis Henry “Butch” (Sharon) Green, Jr., York, SC, Tracy Harold Green, York, SC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gustavo Flores, and a daughter, Loretta Montine Senterfeit Merideth.
