RICHARDSON, TX - Juel H. Mosley, Sr., 94, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2017 in Richardson, Texas. Juel was born Jan. 24, 1923 to Clara and Juel Mosley. He graduated from Central High School in Cape Girardeau, Mo., at the age of 16. He immediately went on to Southeast Missouri State University where he earned a degree in Chemistry in just three years. He would go on to earn two more degrees. He married the love of his life, Colleen Moore Mosley, on March 3, 1943. He was enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant, and bravely fought in World War II and the Korean War. After serving his country, he went on to become a Vice President with the Hess Corporation. He left corporate America in 1979 to successfully run several businesses in the northeast before retiring in Aiken, South Carolina. He is preceded in death by his wife, Colleen; daughter, Diane Mosley McBride LeRoy; son, Juel Mosley, Jr. and grandson, Patrick Sean McBride. He is survived by his granddaughter, Allyson Sellers and her husband Bill; great grandchildren: Patrick Kelly McBride, Connor McBride, Pierce Sellers and Vivienne Sellers; great-great grandson, Patrick Jaxon McBride; his sister, Nancy Robb; niece Claire Robb, and nephews Matthew and John Robb.
