Judith Heald Willing

JUDITH HEALD WILLING, 81, beloved widow of Dennis E. Willing, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, December 31, 2022 at her residence.

A native of Jackman, ME, Judith was a daughter of the late Alfred Daniel and Eloise Hancox Heald.  She was a graduate of Simmons University in Boston, MA.  She had lived in Aiken County since 1970 and was a physical therapist at Hitchcock Health Care, retiring after 35 years.  Judith was dedicated to her family and was proud of the young ladies her granddaughters have become.  She dearly loved the ladies group she had lunch with every other Friday.

Survivors include her son, Robbie Willing (Jamie), Aiken; three grandchildren, Madison Willing, Aiken, Hunter Rabun (Aaron), Augusta, GA, Mya Willing (Michael Chanin), Augusta, GA.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David Willing.

The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon, January 7^th beginning at 1 o’clock at Shellhouse Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow at 2 o’clock in the chapel.  Inurnment will be in Aiken Memorial Gardens.
