Joseph Michael Szabo

AIKEN, SC – Joseph Michael Szabo, 74, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.      A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late Michael and Harriet Nielson Szabo. He moved to Aiken in 1989 from Columbia, SC. He was the owner of J & B Enterprises Advertising Specialty Company.      Survivors include his wife, Beverly Szabo; two sons, Michael E. Szabo, of Lexington, SC and Mark Szabo (Kim), of Chapin, SC; and grandchildren, Courtney, Regan, Charlie and Zachary.      A visitation will be held at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home on Thursday evening, December 14th, from 6 until 8 o’clock      In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association. www.heart.org.
