Jonathan Randall Ledford

NEW ELLENTON, SC – JONATHAN RANDALL LEDFORD, 43, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at his residence.

A native of New Ellenton, Jonathan was a son of Patricia Heath Ledford and the late Larry Randall Ledford.  He was a former security guard with Sizemore Security.  Jonathan earned certificates in automotive repair and masonry. He dearly loved “tinkering” with cars, fishing and camping.  At the time of his death, Jonathan was on waiting lists for pancreas and kidney transplants.

Survivors include his son, Evan Morgan Scott Ledford, Union, SC; mother, Patricia Heath Ledford, New Ellenton; loving companion, Jenille Ledford; sister, Tabitha Ann Ledford, New Ellenton; brother, Adam Shane Ledford, Columbia.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 15^th beginning at noon at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1 o’clock with The Rev, William Eaves officiating.  Interment will be in Chime Bell Church Cemetery.
