John Fitzgerald Seward, Sr.

AIKEN, SC – JOHN FITZGERALD SEWARD, SR., 55, died Friday, September 24, 2021 at his residence along with his wife, Mary Ann Powlas, his daughter, Erica Nicole Seward and his son, Jonathan Seward. A native of Aiken, John was a son of Deloris Berry and the late Raymond F. Seward. Surviving are his son, John Fitzgerald Seward, Jr., daughter, Theresa Seward; mother Delores; sister, Joerette Seward, all of Aiken; god parents, Robert Brooks and Barbara Walker; great uncle, Conal Williams; aunts, Gloria Berry, Jessie Mae Berry, Naomi Berry, Wilmurtha Berry, Indiana Tyler. A memorial service will be Saturday afternoon, October 2nd at 2 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home.
