Joann Coleman

AIKEN, SC – MARTHA JOANN COLEMAN, 81, widow of Joe M. Coleman, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at her residence.

A native of Warrenville, Joann was a daughter of the late Heyward and Mildred Williams Hair.  She lived in Aiken County most of her life and worked for Hamrick's in North Augusta, retiring after 20 years.  She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Belvedere.  Her family was most important to her, she was a loving mother and grandmother.  Joann loved the outdoors and gardening.  She also enjoyed cooking.

Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Oster (Michael); a son, Mark Eubanks (Leigh); daughter-in-law, Sandy Eubanks, all of Aiken; grandchildren, Sean Oster, Matthew Oster, Cole Eubanks, Baylen Eubanks, Tanja Adams; great-grandchildren, Riverlynn Eubanks, Hayzlee Eubanks, Ayden Adams, Axton Adams; two brothers, Charles Hair (Gail), Aiken, Edward Hair (Jane), Aiken; special niece and great-niece, Danielle and Payton Lucas who lovingly helped care for “Granny Joe”.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Eubanks and a sister Jean Hair.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening, May 26th from 6 until 8 o'clock at Friendship Baptist Church, 124 Clearmont Dr., Belvedere, SC.

The funeral service will be held Friday morning, May 27th at 11 o'clock at the church followed by interment in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Beech Island.  Pallbearers will be Sean Oster, Matthew Oster, Baylen Eubanks, Harold Cain, David Hair.  Honorary Pallbearers will be the Men of the Church.
