Mrs. Joan "Jo" Franklin Phibbs, 92, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026.
A visitation with the family will be held beginning at 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 23, 2026, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, with the Reverend Jeff Erbskorn officiating. Interment will follow the service in Bethany Cemetery.
