Jimmie Howell Corbett, 84, beloved husband of Martha Smalls Corbett, peacefully passed away on December 10, 2025, surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his home.
Born and raised in Wagener, South Carolina, Jimmie was the son of the late Charlie and Anna Ree Rushton Corbett. A lifelong resident of Aiken County, he dedicated many years to his business as the owner of Corbett’s Xtreme Pressure Kleen. Known for his strong work ethic, Jimmie remained industrious until he was 82 years old. Above all, he cherished his role as a family man, always willing to lend a helping hand to his wife, children, relatives, and friends. He was a devoted member of Unity Holiness Church.
Jimmie is survived by his beloved wife, Martha; their two sons, Francis Corbett (Jeannine) and Jimmy Corbett (Julie); his treasured grandchildren, Francis Calton Corbett, Victoria Caitlin Corbett, Hannah Alexxis Corbett Johnson (Logan), Jeremy Allen Storey (Cassidy), Jordyn Corbett Sellers (Lawson), Jared Jimmy Corbett (Christine) and Jace Calton Corbett. He also took great joy in his great-grandchildren, Austin, Silas, Isaac, and Atlas Storey, and Eliza Snellings. He is further survived by his siblings, Wendell Corbett (Linda), Ricky Corbett, Charlene Steele (Sammy), and Lillie Corbett, as well as his brother-in-law, Robert Brooks. He was preceded in death by his son, Charlie Calton Corbett, and three brothers, Tillman, Francis, and Bobby Corbett.
The family will receive friends at Unity Holiness Church on Highway 19 North on Tuesday morning, December 16th, beginning at 10:00 AM. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with interment at Aiken Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Unity Holiness Church, 1615 Edgefield Hwy., Aiken, SC 29801.
