Aiken – Mr. Jessie Earl Morgan, 75, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024.
Jessie was born in D’Iberville, MS, son of the late Morris and Juanita Rawls Morgan. He had been a resident of Aiken for 32 years years, and was a Civil Engineer at the Savannah River Site. He also served in the US Army and National Guard.
Jessie is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Merritt Morgan; two sons, Daniel B. Morgan, Graniteville, and Brad Coulter Morgan, Summerville; grandchildren, Liam Morgan, Clementine Morgan, and Micayla Walling; and a brother, Jimmie Morgan, Biloxi, MS. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Morgan.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 8, 2024, in Southlawn Cemetery with the Reverend Bill Howard, III officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Millbrook Baptist Church.
