Janice K. Howell

AIKEN, SC - Janice K. Howell, 71, beloved wife of WG "Bill" Howell, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Janice was born in Wagener, SC, and has lived her entire life in Aiken County. She took immense pride in her work, and her passion for serving Aiken was evident to all who walked through the doors of the family business, Howell Printing Company. Her biggest dedication, however, was being a loving grandmother to her grandson, Nixon. Janice was a true fixture of the Aiken community and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, WG "Bill" Howell, Jr.; daughter Grace Elizabeth Howell and grandson Nixon Everett Torres. She is also survived by her best friend Angela (Sissy) Waters, sisters Bessie (Ed) Whittle, Eunice New and Francis Shirley, along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louise Busbee Kneece, JC Kneece; brothers, Earl Kneece, Carole Kneece and a sister Edith Moore.

Arrangements will be announced.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the American Stroke Foundation.
