James Emerick Stone III

CLINTON, SC - Mr. James E. "Ricky" Stone III, 47, beloved husband of Rebecca Stone, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel with The Rev. Dr. Henry L. Chennault officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Born in Aiken, SC, Ricky was the son of James Emerick Stone, Jr., Aiken and the late Brenda Jones Stone. Ricky was employed by C.F. Sauer as a maintenance mechanic. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend. In addition to his wife and father, Ricky is survived by his daughter, Anna Marie Walton, Clinton, SC; a son, Emerick Douglas Stone, Aiken; two sisters, Helen Jennifer (Fred) Wilhite, North Augusta, SC, Kimberly A. (Bobby) Day, Aiken; a nephew, Bobby Earl Day III; two nieces, Abigayle K. Wilhite, Katelyn A. Wilhite; three great-nephews and his father-in-law, Stanley (Julie) Shealy.
