Ian Robert Pendlebury

RIDGE SPRING, SC – IAN ROBERT PENDLEBURY, 70, beloved husband of Susan Pendlebury, née Carter, died suddenly, Saturday, January 12, 2019 at his residence.

A native of Stretford, England, Ian was a son of the late Charles and Edith Lloyd Pendlebury.  He immigrated to the United States in 1987 and moved to the Aiken area 7 years ago from Atlanta.  He owned a Snap-on Tools franchise for the Aiken area.

Survivors, in addition to his wife Susan, include two sons, Mark Pendlebury (Lisa), Martinez, GA, Nick Pendlebury (Lucy), Warrington, UK; three grandchildren, Emlyn Pendlebury, Kelley Pendlebury, Noah Pendlebury; a sister, Janet Cawley, Upper Tean, UK.

A memorial service will be held Friday afternoon, January 18^th at 2 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home.
