Donna Marsh Goorian

Aiken– Donna Marsh Goorian, born October 8, 1950, passed away peacefully at her home in Aiken, S.C.  on Thursday,  August 11, 2022. Donna is preceded in death by her parents Leonard P. Goorian and Myrrl E. Goorian. She is survived by her sister, Viva Goorian, of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Prior to retiring to Aiken in 2019, Donna was a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. Donna’s passion for people, horses and all creatures great and small led her to a lifetime career as a horse trainer, farm manager and riding instructor. Having never met a stranger, Donna shone with a heartwarming light that will live on in the hearts and minds of her many friends and all those who loved her.

A Committal Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on September 12,2022 in the Rose Garden at Saint Mary’s Church, 138 Fairfield St., Aiken, S.C. 29801.  A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the Willcox Hotel, 100 Colleton Ave. S.W., Aiken, S.C. 29801.
