Curtis "LeRoy" Mitchell

AIKEN – Mr. Curtis “LeRoy” Mitchell, 59, beloved husband of Donna Wilson Mitchell for 39 years, died Saturday, September 2, 2017 at his residence.  A son of the late Curtis Green and Ophilia Barton Mitchell, LeRoy was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, and spent most of his life driving for G. L. Williams Trucking. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Amanda Young, Aiken; a son, Michael Mitchell, Aiken; four grandchildren, Austin Mitchell, Mary Young, Dustin Young, Alyssa Mitchell; a sister, Darlene Fail , Columbia, SC. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles Curtis, John Mitchell, Anita Fricky and Jeanette Harris. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 7, 2017, in Graniteville Cemetery.
