Christopher Ryan Connelly

ASHEVILLE, NC – CHRISTOPHER RYAN CONNELLY, 43, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022 in Solace Hospice House in Asheville, NC.

A native of Aiken, Christopher was a son of Ronald and Minnie Miller Connelly.  He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout.  He graduated from South Aiken High School and Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in Architectural History.  Christopher lived in Asheville for the last 16 years.  He worked at his dream job at the Biltmore House.  He was currently employed with Walgreen’s in Asheville.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, Ronald & Minnie, include his sister, Rhonda Christensen (Andrew) and his nephew, Trey Connelly, all of Aiken; his North Carolina family, Jonathan Forrester, Mendy and Benny Sanchez.

The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon, March 12^th beginning at 1 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow at 2 o’clock with The Rev. Joseph Chandler officiating.
