Christina Gordon Harrison

AIKEN, SC – Mrs. Christina Gordon Harrison, 44, beloved wife of Laverne Harrison, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at MUSC in Charleston. She was born on January 31, 1977 in Augusta, GA to the late Richard Louis Gordon II and Pamela Deaton Gordon. Christina graduated from South Aiken High School in 1995 and went on to work in customer service in various industries here in Aiken. She was a devoted wife and mother to her children and loved spoiling her granddaughter. In addition to her husband, Christina is survived by her daughter, Mikayla Harrison of Aiken; son, Christian Barnwell, Aiken; granddaughter, Laila Isabella-Reign Washington, father and mother-in-law, Louis W. and Annette P. Harrison; brothers-in-law, Curtis Dean Harrison and Walt (Theresa) Johnson; her aunt Cissy Kelley and three Godchildren, Henry, Olivia and Alexis Holston. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Nevaeh Hannah-Lauryn Barnwell. A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home with The Rev.
