AIKEN, SC - Chloe Springer McLane was born in Dallas, Texas on October 26, 1931 and died peacefully at home, surrounded by family on July 11, 2021.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas L. McLane, her step-children, Terry (Dee) McLane, Patricia Herlong, Philip (Mary) McLane, and Phyliss Flannagan, six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren, as well as her family in Texas.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday afternoon, July July 14th at 2 o’clock at Shellhouse – Rivers Funeral Home. Immediately following, she will be returned to Texas for burial.
The family requests that, if you so desire, donations be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
