Brenda Kay Kight English

Summerville, SC – Brenda Kay Kight English, 70, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 Kay, as she was known, was born in Aiken, a daughter of the late Harry Gordon Kight and Elizabeth Reardon Kight. She is survived by her son, Michael Derrek English; grandson, Gavin English; sister, Collen K. Morris, Aiken; brother, Harry R. (Martha) Kight, Aiken; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Michael English, and a brother, Kenneth G. Kight. Her daughter, Meredith K. English, passed away on September 17, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 1, 2021 in the Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Lee officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
