Bette Lynn Landry

Bette Lynn Landry, the daughter of Robert and Despina Rychlovsky born on September 13, 1951, in Norwich, Connecticut passed away peacefully on November 5, 2026, at Wellstar Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.

Bette was a beloved wife, mother, avid gardener, excellent cook/baker and businesswoman. She was a successful real estate broker in Dennis, Massachusetts and owned her business for 22 years.

She moved to Aiken, South Carolina in 2024 to retire with her family to build and live on the family farm.

She was proceeded in death by her father Robert Rychlovsky, her mother Despina Rychlovsky, and her in-law parents, Homer Landry and Doris Landry.

She is survived by her husband Robert, her two children Bobby and Christine and son in law Michael and the collection of animals at the farm that loved her.

Bette is remembered by her kindness, strength and unwavering love for her family, friends and all things in nature. Her laughter was contagious and her presence was a true gift to all that were around her.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in her memory to Friends of the Animal Shelter (FOTAS Aiken) or Tri Development Center of Aiken County.
