Sally Ackerman

AIKEN – Mrs. Sally Hausen Ackerman, 78, died Monday, December 14, 2009 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Mrs. Ackerman was born in Buffalo, NY, a daughter of the late Dorothy Judge Hausen and Sidney Hausen. She was a resident of Aiken for the last two years, a homemaker, and of the Presbyterian faith. Survivors include her beloved husband of fifty seven years, Edward C. Ackerman; daughter, Nancy A. (Jeffrey) Martin, Aiken; two sons, Mark Ackerman, New York, NY, Keith Ackerman, Belmar, NJ; three grandchildren, Craig, Krista and Michelle Martin. In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by a son, David Ackerman. Funeral services will be held privately.
