AIKEN, SC – FRANCISCA ESPERANZA SOLORZANO, 82, died Monday, January 9, 2016 at her residence. A native of Puerto Cabezaz, Nicaragua, Francisca was a daughter of the late George Anthony Granville Moody and Francisca Sanabria Moody. She lived many years in Managua, Nicaragua where she served as Vice-President of the Red Cross for 15 years, she was also a member of the Pan American Roundtable, Association of Educators and Association of Wives of Military Officers. She was a homemaker and had lived in Aiken for a year. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her children, Linda Solorzano Henderson, Aiken, Leonidas Solorzano Moody, Managua; step children, Lucy Solorzano, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Sergio Solorzano, Los Angeles, CA, Sergio Solorzano Gutierres and wife Martha Solorzano, Richmond, CA, Connie and Cozette Roché (daughter) Carmen Solorzano, Washington, DC, Perla Solorzano, San Francisco, CA.
