Keith Alan Basey

WARRENVILLE - Mr. Keith Alan Basey, 59, died Wednesday, October 12, 2016. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Sunday, October 16, and the memorial service will begin at 3:00 PM in the Shellhouse Funeral Home chapel, Hayne Ave.  Reverend Brancie Stephens will officiate. Keith was born in Port Lyantey, Morocco, Africa, a son of the late Herbert Joseph and Francis Sally Chalk Basey.  He was a resident of Aiken County for 23 years, and was am asphalt supervisor for Beams Contracting.  Keith will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend, and wonderful guy.  He is survived by his beloved wife, Carline Lain Basey; daughters, Amber (Jonathan) Beaver, Evans, GA, Jessica (Scott) Stephens, Las Vegas, NV; sons, Brian (Jennifer) Basey, Evans, Rick Basey, N. Augusta; grandchildren, Brileigh Basey, Harper Beaver, Noah Stephens, Owen Hickerson, C.J. Capps; sister, Becky (Dewayne) Hadden, Evans; brothers, Ricky Basey, Warrenville, Edward (Cathy) Basey, Evans; stepchildren, Terry Cadden and Nicole Black. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Steve Basey. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Keith A.
