Pauline Crow Partain

AIKEN – Mrs. Pauline Crow Partain, 86, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015. Funeral services will be held at the graveside Tuesday, June 30, at 1:00 PM, in the Rock Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Elberton, GA. The Reverend Judy Bowling will officiate. Mrs. Partain was born in Satolah, GA, a daughter of the late Luther E. and Vashtie Harden Crow. She had been a resident of Aiken since 1956, was a member of Millbrook Baptist Church, Life Member of the American Rose Society, and member of the African Violet Society. She is survived by her sister, Ruby Crow Prince, Aiken; nieces, Margaret Prince Foster, Laura Kruger; nephews, Wayne Crowe, Merlin Crowe, James Prince, Dennis Johnson, Gary Johnson, Harold Crowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Lindsey Partain, and a brother, Alvin C. Crow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Aiken SPCA, 199 Willow Run Road, Aiken, SC 29801.
