WAGENER, SC – Mr. James Westley Chandler, 67, died Monday, June 25, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday at Ocean Grove Baptist Church with the Reverend Everett Chandler officiating. Mr. Chandler was born in Batesburg, SC, was a lifelong resident of Aiken County and had been a truck driver for 45 years. He was a member of Ocean Grove Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sue Fisher Chandler; four daughters, Patsy Chandler, Newberry, SC, Juanita Chandler, Atlanta, GA, Lisa (Mark) Boyd, Irmo, SC, Mary Jane Chandler, Prosperity, SC; two sons, James Anthony Chandler, Irmo, Benjamin Chandler, Prosperity; step son, Todd Birney, Virginia Beach, VA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; sister, Jessie Chandler Cook, Aiken; brothers, Jimmy Chandler, Trenton, SC, Larry Chandler, Batesburg, SC, Carl William Chandler, Wagener, SC, John Henry Chandler, Aiken. He was preceded in death by his parents, Westley Chandler and Ella Mae Gary Chandler, a brother, Willie Chandler, and a daughter, Teresa Chandler.
