Naomi Valentine Stallings

AIKEN - Mrs. Naomi Valentine Stallings, 79, died Sunday, March 25, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday at Ocean Grove Baptist Church with the Reverend Charles Jenkins officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Mrs. Stallings was a lifelong resident of Aiken, and was a daughter of the late Chester Valentine, Sr., and Gracie Moore Valentine. She was a member of Hayden Baptist Church, and was a loving sister. She is survived by her sisters, Elizabeth Goodwin and Frances Addison of Aiken; brothers, Chester Valentine, Jr., Benjamin Valentine and Johnney Valentine of Aiken. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Miller Stallings, Jr.; sisters, Pearline V. Moody, Betty V. Frazier, Jessie Bell Valentine; brother, Jacob Valentine, Sr. The family has requested that memorials be made to the Savannah River Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 3694, Aiken, SC 29802.
