Charles Lescallett

AIKEN, SC -- CHARLES F. LESCALLETT, 68, husband of the late Ollie Jane Lescallett, died Friday, April 1, 2011 at Shadow Oaks Assisted Living in Aiken. A native of Cuba, IL, Mr. Lescallett was a son of the late Homer J. and Mollie Catherine Fither Lescallett. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving in Vietnam, and retired from the Texas State Employment Commission in Sulphur Springs, TX. He had lived in Aiken for the last 5 years. Survivors include three daughters; Michele (Gary) Bunker, Aiken, SC, Nicole (Micha) Pullen, Klamath Falls, OR and Megan Lescallett, Sulphur Springs, TX, six grandchildren; Shelbey, Charlie and Savannah Bunker and Chelsea, Jacob and Judah Pullen, and two sisters; Marge Black, Macomb, IL and Pat McCaughey, Phoenix, AZ. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Lescallett was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ashley Bunker. Funeral services will be held in Sweetwater, TX.
