AIKEN – Mrs. Ida Tyler Courtney died Saturday, April 7, 2007 in Atlanta,GA. Mrs. Courtney was born in North Augusta, SC and was the daughter of the late Milton Lynwood and Ruth Hines Tyler. She was retired from the Farmers and Merchants Bank and was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Glenn Courtney (John) Todd, Atlanta, GA, three Grandchildren John Alan Todd Jr.,Routh Countney Todd Nathanson and James Addison Todd; six great grandchildren Alexander James Todd, Eric Daniel Todd, Sarah Ann Todd, Benjamin Addison Todd, Hope Tyler Nathanson and Ellen Ruth Nat6hanson. Memorials may be made to St. John’s United Methodist Church, 104 Newberry St., Aiken, SC 29801 Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday April, 10, Graveside in Historic Bethany Cemetery downtown Aiken.
